My Dream Job

I know I have not posted in a while but I felt like sharing this, especially when the new issue of Lonny came out for the holidays that I have been anticipating for weeks now! There is an article in this issue that showcases my "dream job" as so many people have stored in the back of their minds. I went to New York two days after Christmas with my family my sophomore year of college. I remember my mom telling me that we were going to look at the window displays of all of the department stores, which sounded odd to me but she assured me that I would LOVE them. Of course, like always, mom was right. There were lines of people walking around the sides of the buildings just to see the elaborate themed displays in each window. I remember thinking, wow these people put a lot of work in to just window displays; although, something about them made me want to jump in the window and become a part of the theme. Of course they did their marketing work by making me want to go buy each merchandise piece displayed! If only I had a money tree in my back pocket.
